PRICING AND PAYMENT: We make every attempt to maintain the lowest prices on our items and all up to date prices are shown on our site. There are never any surprises or price changes once your order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover creditcards online and/or via telephone. Our website security is just as important to us as it is to you. So you can rest assured our shopping cart is SSL Certified Secure. CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO PURCHASES: Our Manufacturing and shipping departments work hard to get your order processed and out to you the same day you place the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). So, if you decide to cancel your order or add an item to your order, be sure to contact our Customer Service Dept. via telephone during normal business hours (Mon -Fri. 9am to 5pm EST.) before your package leaves our facility to avoid any restocking fees. USING OUR PRODUCTS: All our products come with complete easy to understand instructions. If your purchasing a Fusion® Head Gasket Repair Sealer Kit, detailed instructions will accompany your order. Plus our Tech Department are available Mon-Fri. 9am to 5pm EST. As a general rule, anytime your working on the coolant system of your vehicle you should always drain your old coolant out and at least run some clean water through the system before using our sealers to remove any contaminates like hydro-carbons, scale and oil residue. SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS: All products are sent to you via the U.S. Postal Service 2-3 Business Day Priority method, this is the only available option during check-out in our shopping cart. All items/products which leave our facility by U.S. Mail and/or other carrier become property of said parcel carrier during the duration of the delivery time. Fusion Sealers® is hereby not responsible for in-route shipping delays, lost packages or stolen deliveries but at the discretion of Fusion® Customer Service Dept. we can resend the package/products at no charge for the products, customer however must repay any shipping and handling needed to resend said package/products. Overnight shipping is available but is more expensive and must be requested by calling-in your order directly to our Customer Service Dept. Mon - Fri. 9am to 5pm EST. By ordering from our website customer agrees to all terms and conditions herein. We ship all over the world including Canada, Australia, Mexico, United Kingdom, and more... If your ordering from abroad, simply check yourself out using our shopping cart and choose the correct country and province from the list. It takes about 2-3 business days to receive your order if in the U.S., and 5-7 days to Canada, 7-10 days to U.K. and about 7-10 days to Australia. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By purchasing and/or using the Fusion Sealers® product(s), you acknowledge that you have read the terms and agreements stated on our website(s) and stated herein and agree to all listed conditions. And understand/agree these terms comprise the entire terms and conditions of said guarantee and/or warranty and are the exclusive statement of agreement between the parties listed herein and end user/customer and supersede all proposal or prior agreements, oral or written and/or all other communications between parties relating to subject matter. You as the end user/purchaser of any product offer by Fusion Sealers® herein acknowledge and by purchasing said product(s) completely at your own risk and that your entire recourse is solely for the original purchase cost(s) of said product(s), when and if applicable, minus any/all shipping and handling. You additionally acknowledge that your head gasket damage, engine block damage and/or cylinder damaged engine has in fact rendered your vehicle to be amortized to de facto of zero value and that the use any of Fusion Sealers® products will have zero effect on overall value of your vehicle. Also, “if” product(s) should fail to produce your desired results you hereby agree that you will not be entitled to any recovery costs or any compensation of any kind in excess of the zero value listed above. By purchasing and/or using any product offered/purchased from Fusion Sealers® you also agree that you as end user/purchaser of Fusion Sealers® products assume all liability as to the use, misuse, and outcome of said product(s) regardless as to ownership of the vehicle you are introducing this/these said product(s) to and must disclaim the terms and conditions of this agreement to said owner of vehicle you are introducing this/these products to, if you as the end user of this/these products do not have ownership of said vehicle being repaired. Customer creditcard chargebacks of any kind associated with the purchase of our products shall be reported to: Experian, Equifax, TransUnion monitoring centers and be automatically subject to collection actions and fees. You also agree that you are not entitled to any claim, present or future against Fusion Sealers® companies/entities, supplier, distributor, reseller or any agent and/or employee(s) engaged in the sale of any product offered by Fusion Sealers® or any other party associated with Fusion Sealers® and that neither the product developer, corporate owner(s), distributor(s), reseller(s), or any other person or entity supplying it nor anyone else having been involved in the creation, production or delivery of the product(s) shall be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential or incidental damages including transportation loss or any other loss arising out of use, misuse or inability to correctly use any Fusion Sealers® product(s). "One-time Replacement Warranty" of any Head Gasket Repair Liquids within 30 days of original purchase date shall include, Head Gasket Sealer Bottle only, no other products are covered by the replacement warranty. Oil Stop Leak Products replacements are limited to 30 days from original date of purchase or 2 free applications (minus shipping/handling/powered sealers), which ever comes first, and expire at that time. Other products including; Oil Stop Leak Products offered by Fusion Sealers® are not covered by money back guarantee/warranty. Fusion Sealers® reserves the right to issue free applications of any product or discontinue distribution of any free products offered on this website. You as customer also agree that any and all replacement warranties are limited to 30 days of original purchase date on all Oil Stop Leaks. "Free Replacements” of all products shall only be sent to the original purchaser and original shipping address. The Fusion Sealers® replacment warranty statements listed on our website and listed herein are limited to 30 days from original purchase date if past 30 days from original purchase date in regards to Head Gasket Repair Sealers only, the customer must have His/Her vehicle diagnosed with a blow head gasket by a licensed auto repair shop (not affiliated with the original customer) and test the vehicle by conducting a "Hydro- carbon" or "Compression Test". The results of the test(s) must show the vehicle continues to have a blow head gasket after having been treated with Fusion Sealers® Sealers and this document must be faxed to our Customer Service Dept. to qualify for additional free replacements of liquid head gasket sealer. To qualify for this free replacement offer, simply contact Fusion Sealers® and request a second free application, (shipping and handling and any powered sealers replacements will be paid by the customer for any free replacement applications) to be sent to you, (as some vehicles may require more sealer to fully complete the repair). Free replacement applications in regards to all head gasket repair kits covered under warranty/guarantee include a 32oz. bottle of liquid sealer only. RETURN POLICY: Due to custom mixing of special custom-mixed formulas and the shelf-life limitations of our Head Gasket Sealer products, no returns of head gasket sealers will be accepted for any reason as they cannot be resold by us. Most other products can be returned within 14 days of the original date of purchase, (a 20% restocking fee will apply to all credits issued) simply contact customer service for a product return authorization number. they will issue you a “Return Authorization Number” and be sure to send the authorized item(s) to us “Return Receipt”. Also, items returned without a “Return Authorization Number” will be returned back to the customer at customers expense (regarding shipping and handling fees), these re- shipping fees will be automatically accessed at that time. Shipping and handling will apply to all credits issued. Credits issued may take up to 10 to 14 days to appear on your creditcard statement.
